LITTLE TEALEIF releases 'Charcoal' EP + new video!
Kent-based artist, Little Tealeif, has released his EP titled Charcoal which consists of five tracks including his earlier release, pedestal people. So it's only a mini EP each single has its own stand-alone quality to it. Scents and Like an Animal are good ones to listen to. Tea leaf definitely has musical ability and is someone to keep watch out for going into next year.

And here is the official music video to his earlier release, Pedestal People. For an artistic visual it is actually quite a good one and definitely catches the idea of self-isolation and deep thought

That Old Quiet Lighthouse push boundaries with cathartic new single 'Decade'!
Alternative/Emo British band TOQL, or better known by their full name That Old Quiet Lighthouse have released their latest track, decade. It was written during the national lockdown so the theme of the song is about isolation and finding coping mechanisms to help with the feelings isolation. Lyrically, they words of the song our direct reference to the feelings of isolation and trying to cope. Or trying to find ways

What's interesting about the words, or at least the way there's song there's a sort of coolness about them or at least it. Being alone is what is it about but it's been done in the very level-headed way which in a way is actually quite clever
"I don't want to prevaricate/but that's me for the decade"

ROWSIE treat Christmas with realism in - “Christmas In Soho"!
British Alt-rockers, ROWSIE, have served up an alternate take on the traditional Festive songs. Christmas In Soho reminds us of the realities faced by many during the festive period. In some ways, it's kind of refreshing to have a song that's not completely dipped into the 'and they all lived happily ever after but at the same time balances it out by not being all too gloomy.

The video for this song is completely basic in its creation as well as slightly surreal, almost gorilla-style in how it's been pulled off. Think video diary depicting a couple one half of who is ROWSIE front man intercut with footage from a live gig. One of the things about the video is its simplicity and that it shows that music videos don't have to be expensive when you can be creative

CAMILLA SPARKSSS & MIKE MARE (DALEK) team up for limited edition 7inch single! - 'Goo/Drifting'
Swiss Canadian singer songwriter, Camilla Sparksss, has teamed up with with music maestro Mike MARE (DALEK, no not that sort of Dalek) to produce two Electro Rock Fusions called 'Goo' and 'Drifting'. Goo is under 4 minutes long and it's definitely got Sparksss trademark Punk Synthetic Wave sound to it.

Goo

The companion piece to Goo, Drifting, takes a somewhat different path. Where one completely energized and has that Punk attitude to its sound. Drifting takes somewhat different approach yet still keeps hold of that electro Punk vibe. However, It begins at a casual pace before gradually building up, unlike Goo which is mad and full of energy from the start drifting starts off slow and takes its time yet still contains all the elements. What's interesting about the latter is that it takes on an almost psychedelic sound and Camilla's voice starts a sound somehow hypnotic
