Vladimir Putin, the Russian President announces partial mobilization of its 2 million-strong military reserves. The war between Ukraine and Russia has maintained continuity for about seven months now. The decision Putin has taken is solely to defend the motherland. He wanted to maintain its sovereignty and territorial integrity. This will be seen as an increase in actions by the West.
