We Already Have GCSE's For Languages Like Spanish, French and German, Why Not BSL? It's January, we have said our goodbyes to 2023 and are now saying Hi to 2024. Apart from the Summer Olympics taking place in the beautiful French capital of Paris and Sweden hosting the Eurovision Song Contest for what feels like the umpteenth time even I don't know how it will shape up. Just hoping that it's not as barmy as 2023 has been.  What I am hopeful of though is to finally see British Sign Language, BSL for short, to begin being slowly implemented into the education curriculum. Now this is something that had been campaigning for, and for quite some time I might add. Now according to the latest reports it'll another year till we start seeing it actually being taught in schools. Basically we won't be having it until 2025, and even then it won't be until the Summer/Autumn. Now I openly admit that I don't have the first clue on how the mechanics of the educational sy

Move, dance floor! Adam Humphries crafts sonic rocket with genre-defying beats and soul-jackhammering hooks. Forget the usual tunes; Humphries rewrites your music universe. Psych-pop duo Bedsit Poets announce new album. Watch video for 'London Town' now! Quite a good video which sets the tone from the start. I enjoy the usage of black and white format as it gives it that nostalgic look, a bit like reminiscing on the past. It just takes its time, no rush through. For a video that's just a few minutes long I actually enjoyed it. Can barely find the negatives in it https://youtu.be/pB6r7Ifcs6Y?si=GfzE4pVSFsnt3U1n TETINE Rich Mix show 19th Jan + 'Spaced Out In Paradise' video! For me, this is reminds me of all the music videos I watched by rock bands in the 90's, and they were really good. This is almost like a nod back to that. It's creative and mixes art with moving imagery, numerous references to space and outer space. Impressive combination of art and music.
